This update fixes a [bug](https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson/issues/5268) in the Meson build system which caused binaries and libraries to incorrectly be marking as requiring an executable stack. This makes them more vulnerable to security issues, and also can result in errors caused by SELinux denials. The libxmlb library takes XML source, and converts it to a structured binary representation with a deduplicated string table -- where the strings have the NULs included. This allows an application to mmap the binary XML file, do an XPath query and return some strings without actually parsing the entire document.
