Daniel Mandragona discovered that invalid DSA public keys can cause a
panic in dsa.Verify(), resulting in denial of service.

For the stable distribution (buster), this problem has been fixed in
version 1.11.6-1+deb10u3.

We recommend that you upgrade your golang-1.11 packages.
