Debian: DSA-4929-1 Moderate: Rails Denial of Service Threat Resolved

Multiple security issues were discovered in the Rails web framework
which could result in denial of service.

For the stable distribution (buster), these problems have been fixed in
version 2:5.2.2.1+dfsg-1+deb10u3.

We recommend that you upgrade your rails packages.
