The latest tzdata update in Debian LTS introduces significant modifications to timezone settings that influence daylight saving time regulations across various areas.
This update includes the changes in tzdata 2023b

Summary

- - Egypt uses DST again, starting on April.
- - Palestine and Lebanon delay the start of DST this year.
- - Morocco DST will happen a week earlier on April 23.
- - Adjustments to Greenland's timezones and DST rules.

For Debian 10 buster, this problem has been fixed in version
2021a-0+deb10u10.
