Summary

For Debian 11 bullseye, these problems have been fixed in version
6.1.153-1~deb11u1. Starting with this version, modules are signed
with an ephemeral key on all architectures, and the broken pktcdvd
driver is disabled. This version additionally includes many more bug
fixes from stable updates 6.1.141-6.1.153.

We recommend that you upgrade your linux-6.1 packages.
