Fedora 26: 2017-94a173c491 Critical: Modulemd Arbitrary Code Execution

A python library for manipulation of the proposed module metadata format.

This update fixes CVE-2017-1002157 -- possible arbitrary code execution when

loading multiple documents with `load_all` / `loads_all`.

su -c 'dnf upgrade modulemd' at the command line.
