Fedora 27: 2018-01-28 Critical: mingw-libtasn1 Stack Exhaustion Fix

libtasn1 is the ASN.1 library used in GNUTLS.

This package contains the MinGW Windows cross compiled libtasn1 library.

Fixes security issue.
