Summary

gir-to-d is a tool to create D bindings using GObject Introspection

repository files, enabling quick and easy use of various libraries

written using GObject conventions with the D language.

Update to rebuild against new `glib2` and `ldc` to fix FTBFS in Fedora 30 and

make it installable. Also rebuilt against new Meson for execstack fix.
