Fedora 31 FEDORA-2019-f5558abfef Moderate SDL Heap Over-Read

Simple DirectMedia Layer (SDL) is a cross-platform multimedia library designed

to provide fast access to the graphics frame buffer and audio device.

This release fixes a heap buffer over-read in BlitNtoN() function when

processing an invalid BMP image.
