Fedora 34: FEDORA-2021-e283997bb9 Critical: Libebml Heap Overflow Fix

Extensible Binary Meta Language access library A library for reading

and writing files with the Extensible Binary Meta Language, a binary

pendant to XML.

Fixed several heap overflow bugs in the `ReadData` functions of various data

type classes. This fixes CVE-2021-3405.
