This patch resolves a vulnerability in ECDSA signature validation for nettle in Fedora 34.
This updates nettle to the upstream 3.7.2 release, with a security fix in ECDSA signature verification:

Summary

Nettle is a cryptographic library that is designed to fit easily in more

or less any context: In crypto toolkits for object-oriented languages

(C++, Python, Pike, ...), in applications like LSH or GNUPG, or even in

kernel space.

This updates nettle to the upstream 3.7.2 release, with a security fix in ECDSA
