Fedora 34: FEDORA-2021-e1d8a99caa moderate: mupdf Out-Of-Bounds Write

This plugin adds PDF support to zathura using the mupdf rendering engine.

Update to new mupdf upstream release 1.19.0. This enables OCR with the

leptonica/tesseract engine.
