The Common Toolkit is a community effort to provide support code for medical

image analysis, surgical navigation, and related projects.

This package contains the CTK Core library.

Update to dcmtk 3.6.7 and re-build dependent packages. Please note that dcmtk

3.6.7 includes security fixes, so this update is highly recommended.
