Fedora 35: FEDORA-2022-8436ac4c39 Critical: rust-regex DoS Fix

Implementation of regular expressions for Rust. This implementation uses finite

automata and guarantees linear time matching on all inputs.

Update to version 1.5.5. This includes a fix for a denial-of-service

vulnerability
