Fedora 37: FEDORA-2023-42d6ba9bd6 Moderate: PostgreSQL JDBC CVE Fix

PostgreSQL is an advanced Object-Relational database management

system. The postgresql-jdbc package includes the .jar files needed for

Java programs to access a PostgreSQL database.

Rebase to 42.4.3 with fix of CVE-2022-41946.
