Fedora 38 has released an update that includes a backported fix for CVE-2023-34969 pertaining to the mingw-dbus system.
Backport fix for CVE-2023-34969.

Summary

D-BUS is a system for sending messages between applications. It is

used both for the system wide message bus service, and as a

per-user-login-session messaging facility.

Backport fix for CVE-2023-34969.
