openSUSE 15.3: SUSE-SU-2025:0320-1 important: buildah DoS fix

An update that solves two vulnerabilities can now be installed.

Description

This update for buildah fixes the following issues:

* Update to version 1.35.5

* CVE-2024-11218: Fix TOCTOU error when bind and cache mounts use "src"

values. (bsc#1236272)
