Synopsis: apr bugfix update
Issue date: 2008-03-14

The apr-devel package contained a bad dependency, causing it to be impossible
to be installed without forcing it on. This sl4 release only changes that one
dependency, it changes nothing else about any of the packages.

This bugfix is for SL 4.6 only.
