overwrite files in unexpected directories.

Update Instructions

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
package versions:

Ubuntu 20.10:
  python3-django                  2:2.2.16-1ubuntu0.3

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS:
  python3-django                  2:2.2.12-1ubuntu0.5

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS:
  python-django                   1:1.11.11-1ubuntu1.12
  python3-django                  1:1.11.11-1ubuntu1.12

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS:
  python-django                   1.8.7-1ubuntu5.15
  python3-django                  1.8.7-1ubuntu5.15

In general, a standard system update will make all the necessary changes.
