Update Instructions

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
package versions:

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS:
  python3-bottle                  0.12.15-2.1ubuntu0.1

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS:
  python-bottle                   0.12.13-1ubuntu0.1
  python3-bottle                  0.12.13-1ubuntu0.1

In general, a standard system update will make all the necessary changes.
