The phpseclib developers published bulletin DSA-5599-1 concerning risks from the Terrapin breach, recommending immediate updates.
Fabian Baeumer, Marcus Brinkmann and Joerg Schwenk discovered that the SSH protocol is prone to a prefix truncation attack, known as the "Terrapin attack"

For the oldstable distribution (bullseye), this problem has been fixed
in version 1.0.19-3+deb11u1.

For the stable distribution (bookworm), this problem has been fixed in
version 1.0.20-1+deb12u1.
