Debian Bookworm: gnutls28 Important Denial of Service Fix DSA-5962-1

Multiple security issues were discovered in GNU TLS, which could result in
denial of service.

For the stable distribution (bookworm), these problems have been fixed in
version 3.7.9-2+deb12u5.

We recommend that you upgrade your gnutls28 packages.
