A vulnerability related to SQL Injection was identified in PostgreSQL version 11.21-0+deb10u2, with an urgent patch described in the Debian Long Term Support announcement: DLA-3600-1.

An extension script is vulnerable if it uses @extowner@, @extschema@,
or @extschema:...@ inside a quoting construct (dollar quoting, ', or
"").

For Debian 10 buster, this problem has been fixed in version
11.21-0+deb10u2.
