- Fix non-conformance with HTTP/1.1, which caused failures when printing
  to a Xerox Phaser 8200 via IPP (bug #122352).
- Make lppasswd(1) PIE.
- Rotate logs within cupsd (instead of relying on logrotate) if we start
  to approach the filesystem file size limit (bug #123003).
