Fedora 26: 2017-1f3ee3bea6 Moderate: Chicken Memory Issue Fix

CHICKEN is a compiler for the Scheme programming language.

CHICKEN produces portable, efficient C, supports almost all of the R5RS

Scheme language standard, and includes many enhancements and extensions.

Fix for CVE-2017-6949, also bump to 4.12.0
