Fedora 26: 2018-122ea355a7 High: Memcached UDP DoS Issue

memcached is a high-performance, distributed memory object caching

system, generic in nature, but intended for use in speeding up dynamic

web applications by alleviating database load.

Security fix for CVE-2018-1000115, which disables the UDP port by default.
