A security update for Jasper in Fedora 27 has been released to fix a critical NULL pointer exception vulnerability, improving system stability and security
Rebase to the latest upstream version 2.0.14

Summary

This package contains an implementation of the image compression

standard JPEG-2000, Part 1. It consists of tools for conversion to and

from the JP2 and JPC formats.

Rebase to the latest upstream version 2.0.14. This update contains security fix

for CVS -2017-1000050.
