The MXML 3.0 upgrade for Fedora 29 resolves significant bugs and revises licensing terms. It addresses several vulnerabilities in security.
Update to 3.0

Summary

Mini-XML is a small XML parsing library that you can use to read XML

and XML-like data files in your application without requiring large

non-standard libraries.

Update to 3.0. License has changed to ASL 2.0 + exception. See
