Fedora 31: Ruby 2.6.6 Critical: Unsafe Object Creation, Info Disclosure

Ruby is the interpreted scripting language for quick and easy

object-oriented programming. It has many features to process text

files and to do system management tasks (as in Perl). It is simple,

straight-forward, and extensible.

Update to Ruby 2.6.6. Also fixes CVE-2020-10933 and CVE-2020-10663.
