Fedora 33 FEDORA-2021-a499f89369 Critical: Babel CVE-20095 Fix

Babel is composed of two major parts:

* tools to build and work with gettext message catalogs

* a Python interface to the CLDR (Common Locale Data Repository),

providing access to various locale display names, localized number

and date formatting, etc.

backported fix for CVE-2021-20095 from Babel 2.9.1

* Fri Apr 30 2021 Felix Schwarz - 2.8.1-2

- backport fix for CVE-2021-20095 from Babel 2.9.1
