Fedora 34: 2021-b58af96f33 Critical Update: ImageMagick Buffer Overflow

This plugin for Klaus Schmidinger's Video Disc Recorder VDR adds the "Elchi HD"

skin. It is based on the Elchi skin with major re-factoring to make use of newer

VDR features like True Color support.

ImageMagick is updated 6.9.12-31 , soname bump , many security fixes
