Fedora 36: FEDORA-2022-7bff7b77a1 Update for Golang Colorable Writer

Colorable writer for windows.

For example, most of logger packages doesn't show colors on windows. This

package is possible to handle escape sequence for ansi color on windows.

Convert to rpmautospec

su -c 'dnf upgrade --advisory FEDORA-2022-7bff7b77a1' at the command
