This patch addresses concerns related to image management in Ubuntu 18.04's printing system, reinforcing protective protocols.
These updated packages fix a problem handling PDF files that could have security implications.

Summary

The Common UNIX Printing System provides a portable printing layer for

UNIX(R) operating systems. It has been developed by Easy Software Products

to promote a standard printing solution for all UNIX vendors and users.

CUPS provides the System V and Berkeley command-line interfaces.

These updated packages fix a problem handling PDF files that

could have security implications (CAN-2005-2097).

- Fixed CAN-2005-2097 (bug #164510).
