Summary

udev is a implementation of devfs in userspace using sysfs and

/sbin/hotplug. It requires a 2.6 kernel to run properly.

Fixed DRI permissions and SCSI hotplug replay in start_udev.

- renamed dvb to dvb0

- set dri permissions to 0666
