Fedora Core 3 vte Update 0.11.13-1 Critical: Performance And Memory Fix

VTE is an experimental terminal emulator widget for use with GTK+ 2.0.

A whole bunch of upstream fixes for speed, rendering glitches and

memory use reduction.
