Fedora Core 5: FEDORA-2006-739 Critical: libgtk-java Bug Fix

libgtk-java is a language binding that allows developers to write GTK

applications in Java. It is part of Java-GNOME.

Make current version of frysk available to FC5 users.

- Use .tar.bz2, not .tar.gz.
