Fedora Core 5: FEDORA-2006-709 Critical: SCIM Linking Issue

SCIM is a user friendly and full featured input method user interface and

also a development platform to make life easier for Input Method developers.

This update fixes broken libtool linking of libs to be

against libstdc++so7.

- update libtool tweak for libsrdc++so7 to handle gcc-4.1.x (#194935)
