Fedora Core 3: 2004-12-17 Moderate: PostgreSQL Permissions Adjustment

PostgreSQL is an advanced Object-Relational database management system

(DBMS) that supports almost all SQL constructs (including

transactions, subselects and user-defined types and functions).

- Update to PyGreSQL 3.6 (to fix bug #142711)

- Adjust a few file permissions (bug #142431)

- Assign %{_libdir}/pgsql to base package instead of -server (bug #74003)
