This should fix the problem where rhgb blocks the boot process when X
fails to initialize correctly, as well as the one preventing vncserver
to start when rhgb is used.

- switch to display :9 to fix #139704
- delay creation of the fifo after X initialization to avoid deadlock
  with initscripts if X fails to start #135574
- cleanup in case of deadly signal received
- improved the debugging layer to chase aformentioned bugs.
- po/*: update the translations
