Summary
A specially crafted trap message trigger a conversion to erronuous variable type in SNMP's snmplib/mib.c when the -OQ option is used.
Resolution
All SNMP users should upgrade to the latest version:
# emerge --sync
# emerge --ask --oneshot -v ">=net-analyzer/net-snmp-5.7.3_pre5-r1"
