The latest openSUSE update enhances MySQL credential security by addressing vulnerability CVE-2018-17957 found in yast2-rmt.
An update that fixes one vulnerability is now available.

Description

This update for yast2-rmt to version 1.1.12 fixes the following issues:

Security issue fixed:

- CVE-2018-17957: Secure MySQL credentials by not exposing them on the

command line (bsc#1117602)

This update was imported from the SUSE:SLE-15:Update update project.
