openSUSE Leap 15.1: 2020:2190-1 Critical Python3 Directory Issue

An update that solves one vulnerability and has one errata is now available
Description
This update for python3 fixes the following issues:
Update to 3.6.12 (bsc#1179193), including:
- Fixed a directory traversal in _download_http_url() (bsc#1176262
CVE-2019-20916)
This update was imported from the SUSE:SLE-15:Update update project.
