Synopsis:	Low: tzdata enhancement update
Issue date:	2010-03-12

This updated package addresses the following change to Daylight Saving
Time (DST) observations:

* transition to Daylight Saving Time in Bangladesh takes place at
11:59:00 PM instead of at midnight.

* Daylight Saving Time in Fiji ends on 2010-03-28 at 03:00, which is
approximately one month earlier than expected.

* Samoa observes Daylight Saving Time this year; note that Samoa did not
observe DST last year.

* the period of Daylight Saving Time in Chile has been extended to April
3rd due to the recent earthquake (BZ#571538, BZ#571744, BZ#571745).
