This updated package addresses the following changes to Daylight Saving
Time (DST):

* Egypt's interim government decided to cancel the Daylight Saving Time
in 2011 and the upcoming years. (BZ#698397, BZ#698611, BZ#698612, BZ#698613)

* Daylight Saving Time in Morocco starts on July 31 at 0:00, not at
24:00. (BZ#694521, BZ#698608, BZ#698609, BZ#698610)
