Synopsis:	tzdata enhancement update
Issue date:	2008-10-08

This updated package addresses the following changes to Daylight Savings
Time (DST) observations:

* Argentina switches to DST on Sunday, October 19, 2008. It was previously
scheduled to switch on Sunday, October 5, 2008.

* Brazil also switches to DST on Sunday, October 19, 2008. It was
previously scheduled to switch on Sunday, October 12, 2008.

* the Gaza Strip switched back to Standard Time on Thursday August 28,
2008. It was previously scheduled to switch back on Sunday, August 31,
2008.
