Update Instructions

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
package versions:

Ubuntu 20.10:
  apt                             2.1.10ubuntu0.1

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS:
  apt                             2.0.2ubuntu0.2

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS:
  apt                             1.6.12ubuntu0.2

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS:
  apt                             1.2.32ubuntu0.2

In general, a standard system update will make all the necessary changes.
