Update Instructions

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package versions: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Available with Ubuntu Pro): mysql-server-5.7 5.7.43-0ubuntu0.18.04.1+esm1 Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Available with Ubuntu Pro): mysql-server-5.7 5.7.43-0ubuntu0.16.04.1+esm1 This update uses a new upstream release, which includes additional bug fixes. In general, a standard system update will make all the necessary changes.
