GIFLIB on Ubuntu could crash or run programs due to crafted GIF files, risking denial of service or code execution.

Summary

crafted file.

Software Description:

- giflib: library for GIF images

Details:

It was discovered that GIFLIB incorrectly handled certain GIF image files.
