Fedora 26: 2018-81d3af3f36 Critical Koji CVE-2018-1002150 Fix

Koji is a system for building and tracking RPMS. The base package

contains shared libraries and the command-line interface.

Fixes for CVE-2018-1002150.

su -c 'dnf upgrade koji' at the command line.
