Fedora 26: 2018-4a2b875d6b Moderate: LibOFX Assorted Flaws Fix

This is the LibOFX library. It is a API designed to allow applications to

very easily support OFX command responses, usually provided by financial

institutions. See for details and

specification.

This updates LibOFX to fix assorted CVEs.
